Zeroing of shotguns is way off

Lol standard M870 has a 41.59 MOA that means at a 25 yards youre point of impact could be off 12 inches off the point of aim.
So looks right too me

Well it's "could be off" right? You mean more randomly. Right? But the screenshot shows the impact point offset of EVERY shot with the sabot slug. So the slug seems to be very precise, but not where the scope aims...

Yes, i mean more randomly, just try it myself at the same distance and get a little bit of spread, but only in the bottom right of the aimpoint.
And i used standard m870 with the cheapest slugs.
Youre right zeroing is off.
