Infinite loading screen on startup

How do I fix this?

Enable steam fps osd in settings. Load game, check frame rate is refreshing while at hung screen. Wait out. If the fps indicator locks up, it's prob crashed so start again. I seemed to have something similar to this when I upgraded gpu and installed new nvidia drivers. Left it "hanging" made a coffee, did some bits, came back and it was on. I'd kept alt tabbing out previous and shutting it down thinking it was ♥♥♥♥♥♥. After this it loads up normally everytime since

happens to me but i got the game toy load up ONE time since yesterday

I solved the solution by moving the game files to my SSD. Seems like the game isn't HDD friendly... thanks for your help tho sicknote
