Where is the DLC I paid for?

I got two copies of this game from EB Games as my partner and I were fans of the Sacred Series.

The Box stated Sacred 3 First Edition.
First Edition Includes:
Main Game
The Underworld Story DLC
The Malakhim Hero DLC

I prefer to purchase games I can just pay to play and not pay to go to forums and look for answers. So, where is our DLC?

First you shoul look if they are installed in game library > Sacred 3 > Downloadable content.

If yes you should have Malakhim and Unerworlds DLC location is in high left corner of the map (looks like portal).

the character dlc is alsready instaled when you first select your character. I would suggest not trying the Underworld DLC until you start playing the game. I got slaughtered by the boss at level 12.

I am suppose to have the Malakhim Hero DLC as well, unfortunately, its not there, so the Underworld DLC is not there as well for me to see in the map. Thank you regardless for being helpful.

Your post came off pretty rude tho.

And yeah, steam forums are there for asking questions or chatting with other people, but you are asking account/billing questions, we can't resolve this problem. Also, I assumed you were smart enough finding the DLC on your own if it was there, thats why I redirected you to steam support.
