how do i save or no when it is checkpoint ?

It dosent mater how long do i play when i exit and return later i have to start again ? how to i comninue from where i left of
There are golden sircles when i stand there ,and again qhen a quit i have to start from begining
I defeated 2 boos for now and still when i quit it takes be back t obegining :/

P.S. I have abouth 90 min of gameplay .And still when i quit it takes me back to beggining

If I understood your question correctly, this should hopefully help:
The golden circles in the level are checkpoints, you return to your last checkpoint when you die. When you quit a mission and restart it, it will reset to the beginning and you must start over. However, in case you do finish the mission, it will register it as completed (and should no longer be grey on the map). You can then just skip back to the next mission you haven't done yet and continue from there (it usually saves your position on the map).

It doesn't save in the middle of a mission. Either you complete a mission or you have to start over from the beginning. The checkpoints are just for if you die then you'll respawn there.

Well the game is designed like that because it's a multiplayer focused game. Basically a person is supposed to find players in a lobby and then run missions. So allowing a player to save in the middle of a mission just wouldn't work because of that. It's a very common thing in co-op or multiplayer type of games. Each mission should only take you maybe 10-30 minutes.
