Tiberium essence mod

Was wondering how in the world i download TE to cnc 3? I had a cnc3 copy a while back and installed it no problem, however since downloading cnc 3 from steam, i don't see the "command and conquer tiberium wars" in my documents... at all. I see cnc generals, simcity, all my other steam games, just not cnctw3. Help please.
