Dear developers of this collection, could you make a function with the ability to purchase this game for friends, unfortunately I cannot additionally purchase this collection of games for a couple of my friends

The problem is that TUC is a bundle of the "complete the set" type, where games you already own are subtracted from the price. And that type of bundle apparently can't be gifted.

I heard EA actually inquired to Steam about making that possible, but it hasn't changed so far, so it's entirely Steam's fault; EA was trying to be nice with their bundle and not force people to re-buy C&C games they already own here.

You can always just send a $20 gift card and tell them to spend it on that.

Yes, I completely agree that you can send a gift card, but in my friends’ country they cannot purchase this game, they can just add it to their wish list

Because that would be extremely confusing to the consumer.

In its core, this is a Steam issue; they're the ones that made it this confusing, with the two different types.

I think the consumer just gets confused too easily.
