How do you unlock the Scrin campaign on Steam

without beating both campaigns first I mean. I know in the non-steam version you gotta edit the profiledata.ini file and change some numbers, but is there a way to do it on Steam? I've searched the game's directory and can't find the ProfileData.ini file to edit it.

It's not in the game's install folder. On Windows 10 go to:
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Profiles\YOUR NAME

ProfileData.ini should be there. It's probably in a similar location on other versions of Windows, but I don't know offhand.

Awesome, thanks a bunch! I've played through too many times and got burned out, and I've only played the Scrin campaign a handful of times, so it definitely is the reason I'm revisiting the game at the moment.

I'm on Windows 11 and it was in the same directory. Just putting it out there in case anyone comes across this post looking for the same information I was.

I would strongly recommend you look into the C&C campaign fix mod.

A lot of folks don't know that C&C3 was screwed up by EA in the final patch by nerfing the Tiberium harvested for the player. This was meant for multiplayer rebalancing, but it completely FUBAR'd the campaign by making some missions far more difficult (if not impossible) than they were intended to be, even on easy.
