Hey,

did you try to install DirectX 9.0c? If not do it and look if the issue persists.

DirectX 9.0c (Aug. 2008): http://www.4players.de/4players.php/download_start/Downloads/Download/49413.html

This game doesnt like onboard intel graphics.
thanks both of you guys, at this point i have tried everything, and i mean the whole lot, so is there no way in hell of getting this to work with my intel graphics card? because i think its a problem with windows 10

Youre trying to run a game on a video chip that wasnt designed for gaming. Im not sure what you expect. If you truly think its Windows 10, you could reformat with XP or 7 and see if it works then, but I highly doubt it.

Edit: found this. May help you.
