tiberian essence 1.6
it's a mod
EA should wisely add it to the game's launcher files and poke carnius in the face

Yeah but then they'd have to really fix up the campaign because GDi missions are too easy, Nod missions get a little ridiculous and Scrin missions become extremely difficult.

I think the biggest and most surprising feature of Tib Essence IS the fact that it's Campaign-Compatible. That's very unusual for a C&C3 Mod and it would be intresting to see a "C&C3 Take 2" or something. Not a complete remake; but just a retooling of the engine to an extents to allow stuff that was in Tib Sun.

Yeah but I believe there are some objectives you can't complete. It is stupid fun to steamroll the GDI campaign with sonic tanks though.

No, All the missions work 100% last time I used the mod.

I'm fairly certain there's side objectives you can't complete and intel you can't gather, which prevents 100%. It's nothing major but it does cause issues for completionists.

Also nod fanatics don't work because they're supposed to be the explosive drones. This makes missions really awkward whenever they are involved, such as the first GDI mission where you need to blow up your own powerplant with riflemen because the fanatics won't do it for you.

They 100% work and I literally played it yesterday. Don't lie.

I'm not lying. I'm using 2.0 alpha. What are you using?

2.0 Alpha, so you're 100% full of ♥♥♥♥. Everything works fine.
There's even logs and triggers for mod content that don't even exist in the original campaign.

Honestly, dude. At least make yourself SEEM credible.

I can verify that the game runs like that for me. Is there something else I'm supposed to do?

There shouldn't be. Even in 1.4/1.5 I never had those issues you mentioned. The game scripts automatically detect if they're fanatics or drones- Carnius even mentioned having to add a new script to the mission that Avatars were introduced into to prevent the game from crashing because it kept trying to correctly spawn the new (modded) avatars on it's own- but the game had something weird hardcoded and he had to tell the script to spawn to the original Avatars; this didn't occur with other unit introduction scripts oddly enough which is why there's only one instance of "Prototype Avatar" in the campaign

Well I'll get my recording software ready and post a video of what happens. Because it happens to me.

I honestly can't replicate it.
Maybe I'd have to have a clean save profile that hasn't already Golden-State the game :steammocking:

IDK, I would just recommend toning down the hostility. Because for me it don't work. I love the mod and played through the campaign regardless.

Here it is. Video will be blurry as its fresh on youtube and youtube doesn't process the higher resolutions until later.

that is pretty odd; Can't remember that ever happening on my playthrough though. I'll give GDI's a go again after I'm done with Nod's, Looks like the fanatics might somehow have their stance or something switched to hold fire for some dumb reason because the only thing not occuring is the actual attack.

Its the same for nod too. Whenever the fanatics are people and not drones, they never explode unless detonated by rocket or cannon fire (which does barely any damage). If you want I can post nod campaign fanatic bugs too. Campaign simply doesn't spawn fanatics as bomb drones.

Edit: video uploaded, processing.
