Nobody on multiplayer

Hello everybody, i have a question , why there have nobody on the Multiplayer mod?

Most of the regular players who used to play the game have already moved on. What's left is casual players who play games with their friends only, in other words they arrange games. There is some old players but even they arrange games with others. Bottom line, game is dead and the only way to play it is to arrange games with someone. Alternative is play Kane's Wrath, or any other C&C or Remasters in 2 months (I suggest the Remasters).

HI, thank for replies but Alex with your link i can play C&C 3 tiberium wars or it's about other C&c Games?
What i want to play is C&C 3 not the others games, andd when i go on the hub of the game, it's indicated that there have around 450 players and when i go on the multiplayer it's empty, there have nobody, it's strange

The number on far left shows all online users in all 5 C&C games supported by C&C Online (Generals, ZH, TW, KW and RA 3). At time of writing this, over 500 people in total. Reason why you see nobody in lobby is because out of those 500+ players, only 16 at the time of writing this are online in TW.

The page shows you how many people are online in each of the 5 games. ZH has by far the most players (over 200 at the time of writing this), followed by RA 3, followed by KW, followed by TW, followed by Generals.

EDIT: The hub you mentioned. I presume you mean the one on Steam. That shows only how many Steam users have the game running. Those play the campaign. Not multiplayer. C&C Online is compatible with Steam.

Good to see someone being honest about that. Sadly its the same for Dead space 2 as well but no one will give you an answer...

It freezes because the game tries to connect to official servers which were shut down in 2014. You need third party software to access MP. There is step by step video in pinned topic among last 10 posts I think.

Game servers (GameSpy) went bankrupt several years ago. You can either use C&C:Online (already discussed here, more info in the Read Before You Post thread in this discussion) to re-enable the multiplayer interface, or you can use virtual LAN services like Hamachi, GameRanger, or ZeroTierOne to connect to people over a virtual LAN connection (as if you were on the same wifi/Ethernet network as them). Take your pick 🙂

Can't help that an old game's server host couldn't make enough money to function :(
At least the community is pretty smart in terms of working around this/figuring out how to emulate the services.

Its good to have another alternative to the "official" revora server but you still have to share your email with ZeroTierOne same as any other servivce..... the idea of the revora server is to bring all the players together in one place therefore keeping the game alive so by using the revora service you will in effect be doing the game a great service.

Command post by CFG is also worth getting to connect with other players, great APM and game analysis tools, custom maps and latest patches, it also utilises the LAN option in-game but you still need revora installed for it to work.

also..the Kanes wrath expansion is much more popular than this version..lately has been seeing over 100 players a day..tib wars barely see,s 20

Because they are playing Red Alert 2, Red Alert, Renegade, TIberian Sun, Tiberian Dawn and other C&C games that wasn't made out of greed.

c&c online does not work, i tried several times, don't get it.

C&C online works fine but there are not many players online compared to kanes wrath...all the players must be on Alex,s network..)
there are loads of walkthrough,s on how to use C&C online on youtube..are you getting any error messages or are you not hooking tib wars in the C&C online launcher?
install C&C online and open it>>>click hook>>check (put a tick) to C&C3..then close C&C online and launch C&C3 the normal way..then C&C online launcher pops up click CNC 3 on that and the game will load..
sometime you need to add exceptions to antivirus and firewalls.
If all else fails..join Alex or try game ranger.
