Report a translation problem
In that window that pops up when using -ui, if you press the right arrow on the bottom right corner of that window, a button saying something like "Set Language" should appear. Press that, then change your language using the drop-down box in the window that pops up.
This is given that you already have the necessary English language files for the game--which you should, as all copies of the game (digital or not) should come with it.

I deleted the language file on my PC. Now english apears in the properties -> language tab together with 8 other languages. I put the file back, and all is well.
I hate games were i can't change the language / subs ingame... :)
