Launcher options
ok so, i'm trying to figure out how to go to the launcher thing so i can setup and use mods properly, in otherwords, the start up menu instead of the automatic complete start up of the game when selecting play, how do i change it?

go to your game library then right click the game go to properties / set launch options and then add -ui
