And then the option to close program, thats it.
If not sure how then press windows key + r and type eventvwr.
Look at windows-logs -> application and scroll / search the list for any c&c error logs.
I'll post the general one for now

-Run the game as administator.
-Can try to start the game with any virus scanner / firewall temporary disabled.
-Check if all windows updates are up to date (force search for them dont wait for the auto update) and videocard driver check.
I would run the ati removal tool and install a fresh video driver for this.
Also try a system scan for any errors. Open command prompt with windows key + r and type cmd then type sfc /scannow
This will take some time.
The one which brought some results was the ati removal and install a fresh video driver.
Though it still had problems.
Basically when I done a clean uninstall and restarted the computer the driver was now the microsoft basic display adapter and I tested if I can run the game, which it did though since I guess its basically a placeholder driver it ofcourse gave me around 20 frames at main menu.
So i then decided to do the automatic update drivers from device manager, said it was the latest driver installed. I then manually installed a driver from the amd website with these filters selected:
Desktop Graphics > Radeon RX Series > Radeon RX 5xx Series > Windows 7 - 64 Bit
(No option for Windows 8 so I picked which OS I think is most similar.
I downloaded the Radeon Softwar Adrenalin Edition 17.12.2 Optional
(Release Date: 12/19/2017) and done the express install, restarted computer and tried to play the game. It then crashed while starting up.
I think I suppose it's a driver issue, so maybe I need to install an earlier driver seeing as the latest one doesn't work well.
Btw I also rollbacked to see if the basic display adapter driver still ran the game which it did.
After some google search i found these that hopefully work.
https://www2.ati.com/drivers/whql-win8.1-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-17.4.4-may3.exe
at page:

I suggest use the ati removal tool again for the clean install.
I'm not sure if its relevant to my problem but I found that there is a PCI Device in an other devices in device manager that apparently does not have the driver installed and it cant confirm what it is. I looked around a bit and couldn't find a solution to that and have a feeling that it may be related.
I looked into driverindentifier and it found the pci device, clicked on it and it gave me the hardware id:
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1423&SUBSYS_78911462&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1423&SUBSYS_78911462
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1423&CC_080600
PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1423&CC_0806
All the compatible ones and a list of drivers in which i can install to fix it installed a couple, they showed up as radeon installer for the device but show that compatible device not found.
It's apparently something related to amd chipset.
