Win 10 and the screen is flashing

how do i stop this from flashing
All the sides are a tintish blue and doing my head in.

Update or roll back your graphic drivers. See if that helps.

i fixed it but damn it hurt my eyes till i did.
I just set launch options to -win
So it boots in windows mode instead of full screen

nice and no never knew about that.
I was just googling mods for this game and was reading up on the talon mod - have you tried it ?

If you would like to ruin your game totally go for that mod. Power plants and barracks take 30 seconds to construct, refinery one minute, war factory 90 seconds, operation center 6 minutes and 30 seconds. They advertise it as reducing the spam and giving the player time for strategy and scouting, yet they actually deny strategy and scouting. You need to wait at least 1 minute to be able to get one scout out and in the meantime you can do nothing whereas in the original game players are active and preparing their strategy from the first second. The long building time just makes the game linear because it reduces the amount of tactics you can use in the beginning.

Bottom line: I was asked by a modder to help out balancing a mod named Tiberium Wars Advanced. If you want to mod the game it is a much better option than talon.
