I ran through Lara's home in the first game and got a maximum reported video memory of 16% of 8GB, at 2560x1440. That equates to a bit more than 1GB, so I imagine a 2GB card would do absolutely fine.
Excellent. Thanks
Yeah, I don't really play any new games and my system reqs (this PC is high specs in everything but GPU) are good otherwise, but you never know with graphic stuff because games these days seem to be so badly optimized most of the time that games that barely look better than this want 4-6gb MINIMUM.
No game says how much VRAM exactly you need because that vary tremendously on what resolution you are playing in.
You're mad about nothing. How the hell will the devs tell you how much vram YOU need?
Except they do
So it is really light and greatly optimized also.
