Naked Dinosaurs? NO THANKS!
I am offended by this modern remake. It's 2024 and we still have to look at naked dinosaurs?

This kind of thing might have been fine 30 years ago, but society has moved on now. We're all much more sensitive to such things, so why should we have to put up with this misogynistic, patriarchal, racist, homophobic, transphobic, dinophobic, massivewangphobic, archaic depiction of dinosaurs?

Let's start a chant: "Clothes for Dinos, Clothes for Dinos!"

I'm certainly not buying this game until the developers take responsibility for their actions. We at least need a warning at the start of the game:

"Danger, this game contains images of naked dinosaurs. which are deeply harmful and not supported by Crystal Dynamics. Please don't for one second accuse us, Crystal Dynamics, of not being aware of this. We NEED you to know that we are."

Not sure if you are joking but I do see the dinosaurs being bald as a knee as an issue. Why not make them look at least somewhere in between the classic models and accurate contemporary reconstructions?

Can I just clarify... you're not SURE if I'm joking, and you genuinely have an issue with the dinosaurs being naked? :)

So your saying you want feathers?

For the velociraptors yes. Fur for the tyrannosaurus, and a narrower snout.

Preferably with a less uniform coat pattern than blunt red or green all over.

You are bad, and deserve to feel bad.

Feathers on Raptors yea, but there is absolutely no evidence at all that Rex had any kind of feathers or fur.

Same goes for most in the Tyrannosaur genus.
All the hard evidence we currently have does prove that Rex was scaled and likely was scaled all over it's body.
So far there's been no actual evidence what so ever that disproves that.

The feathered/fur on Rex is nothing but a theory based on some really cool and unique species that for the most part lived and evolved in different times, different environments and in different parts of the world.. mainly eastern Asia if i'm not mistaken.

We can definitely have fluffy or feathery rex's the day they actually find evidence of it lol
Until then though it's just a theory.. and kind of a baseless one at that.

Stop making actual, sensible points! I want to be offended about something!

CLOTHES FOR DINOS! CLOTHES FOR DINOS!

Prehistoric Planet handles this grey area via depicting the rex as something akin to a chicken-shaped elephant, and my velociraptor point stands regardless.

Don't mention dinosaurs' grey areas! That's the whole point!
