The lever is inside the cage and I can't pull it down
How do I open this cage?
I'm only using the brightness mod

My Situation

You need to climb to the other side (where a blue crystal is)
There is a lever that opens this cage

But to be honest, I'm not sure if this room is buggy anyway, because I saw 0 sense in it.

There are no bugs and you don't need to pull any levers to open this cage. All you need to do is use monkey bars at ceiling, and climb around the central "pillar". Then climb down the ladder on the back side of this pillar until the very bottom and then do a backflip. Cage opens while you traversing on monkey bars. I guess they made it this way so players can't get there by angle jumps from platform with blue crystal or something like that. Yeah, it's kinda cringy design, but it is what it is
