"no fish soup today" Has anyone recently accomplished anything?

I kept the shark from opening my mouth on my second attempt just because even if I hadn't been bitten by a shark, it wouldn't accomplish anything by the shark's closing pose alone, but I didn't accomplish anything. Why?

For some reason, even if you hear them chomp when you take no damage, it’s still considered a bite.
Save frequently and whenever you hear them chomp, reload.

It's still the same. I listened to the sound of chewing, but it didn't make that sound at all. However, I used someone else's save file because the save file disappeared in the suspicious section, but I wonder if I can use someone else's save file to achieve my achievement.

What chapter did the save file start from? As the achievement starts in 40 Fathoms and doesn't end until you finish up underwater and get to Tibet, the snow levels.
You also cannot harm the sharks, they have to stay undamaged.

I've never been attacked by sharks, and when I arrived in Tibet, I didn't accomplish anything.
