They are all included.
When you start a new game, you can select them.

I'm talking about the Remastered Version.

Cheers!

It's not new content, Unfinished Business, Golden Mask and Lost Artifact have been available for many many years. UB and GM are free to download, whereas LA was a bit more of a pain due to it being a paid game that wasn't available digitally until this release.

What you mentioend are the expansions (what we know today as DLCs) and no the DLCs did not have DLCs.
yes what i mean is why cant i rember that there were expansions? I'm confused, i talked about the dlcs Unfinished Business, Golden Mask and The Lost Artifact and not if the dlcs have dlcs. I played Tomb Raider on Playstation back then. But even if these expansions were PC exlusive i never heard about downloadable content for Tomb Raider on PC.

I also think DLC is the wrong word here.
Could be that these expansions were pc exclusive only, yes.

I remember that I played them like 14 years ago on the pc.

Well originally Unfinished Business and The Golden Mask were part of "gold" re-releases exclusive to PC (and mac I think) for the first and second Tomb Raider games, in 1998 and 1999 respectively. So basically if you purchased those "gold" versions you got a second disc with each that included the respective expansion.
I don't know at what point those two expansions were made free to download for PC, maybe someone else knows that.

I'd say as a PlayStation player originally it's quite possible that you never heard about these, because they were released as PC specific versions back in the day, and released a few years after each of their respective original games came out.
Then in terms of PC downloads, they've never been available on digital stores like Steam as far as I'm aware. So you'd have to had read about them elsewhere to know you could download them for free.

They weren't considered downloadable content, those expansions came with their own physical disks that could be acquired separately or bought together with the base game disk if you purchased the Gold Edition.

A rule for "DLC" is that it requires ownership of the base game. The TR1-3 expansions were allways standalone with their own installer, they could be played even if you didn't have the base game.

Thing is, people forget that the term DLC means DownLoadable Content and at the time it wwas not a thiing, it was all physical copies (save some rare exceptions).

I bought "The Lost Artifact" in a GameStop store back in the late 1990s. I recall it came in one of those large display boxes just like the original Tomb Raider PC games did.

And I just remembered, my very first Ebay purchase was the Gold edition of Tomb Raider for PC. It included the second CD-ROM with Temple of the Cat and Return to Atlantis.

They are not DLCs, these expansions were released way before the term "DLC" became a thing. "Unifinished Business", "Golden Mask" and "Lost Artifact" were released only for PC's, that's why PlayStation gamers weren't really aware of them. These expansions are known as "Tomb Raider Gold", "Tomb Raider II Gold" and "Tomb Raider III The Lost Artifact" in Europe.

Indeed. I mean, these days technically every PC game is content you have to download, the DLC moniker made sense when it was additional pieces of content to download for a game you previously bought on physical format.

Anyway, even if you could somehow get these expansions as digital downloads, they still wouldn't have qualified as what's marketed as DLC because they never required the base game to run. Just like how AC Freedom Cry is not a DLC for Black Flag, even if it looks like it.
