Can't let out from the water on the ps4 version

As already mentioned in the thread title
You should carry out, pairing triangle with forward, initially it worked, then suddenly, it stopped working.
I tried setting the old controls, even changing buttons but nothing.
I also tried restarting the console.
So the title is absolutely unplayable, because I can't get into the water.

If you are using modern controls, you use right trigger to get out of the water.

still no idea why triangle (that binding to "action") doesn't work in this case. and why did testers/qa approve it...
