Tbh i'm not a fan of these "time trail" achievements but I managed to get them done after a good few attempts.
I recall a different topic that suggested you shouldn't step too far after the first two targets pop, because you have to shoot them all on a time limit before they drop down again, so making the other ones pop up whilst you're still shooting the first ones means you will fail to shoot some in time. But equally that takes more time since you're no longer moving / moving less towards the finish line whilst shooting. Either way, as best you can try and observe which targets pop up in what order, and turn Lara as hard as you can towards them to try and get her to auto-aim the ones you want.
Also don't try this first time - make sure you already picked up the pistols and make sure Winston has already appeared so he doesn't get auto-targeted by Lara and wastes time. Could potentially try modern controls too, since it might be quicker to turn Lara towards the targets you want. But personally I think the developers went a little too far with the time limit for this achievement, it should have had an extra 10 second allowance.
