TR 2: Bartoli's Hideout
TR 3: good question....... certainly not Lud's Gate
TR 2: Great Wall
TR 3: The Coastal Village
TR2 Temple of Xian
TR3 I don't know, I like a lot of levels from that game
I got TR1 way back as OEM together with a 3DFX card. Back then I was more into Racing simulators like Grand Prix Legends. So I did not know anything about the game. I just tried it to see what my new grafics card can do - so I walked into that level completely unprepared and faced a f... T-Rex!!! I guess it does not get better than that...
Otherwise... Midas Palace. The puzzles might not be the best, but the whole place has it's charm and there's no deny in that the hand of Midas is super memorable. Turning Lara into gold the first time around, without expecting it, it's amazing lol.
"The Great Wall" in Tomb Raider II, because it has dinosaurs.
"Crash site" in Tomb Raider III, because it has dinosaurs.
I love dinosaurs.
For me: The Cistern in TR1, and all of the Maria Dora levels in TR2. And, there are some absolutely great levels in TR3 too, like the Coastal Village.
Core Design really were masters in terms of level design.
