How do I make the second centaur come alive? - I killed the first one, but there are 17 kills on this mission and I'm missing just the second centaur and Pierre.

As an FYI there is an achievement where you finish the level without killing any of them.

I know, but also, for your information, there is an achievement for killing all enemies and the achievement that you noted is not a problem or a stumbling block, because you can safely save before meeting the centaurs, complete the level without killing them, load the save and finish by killing them.
