Ok I just never figured that out, how do you get through Thors lightning room without getting damaged?

At least it doesn't kill you immediately like in Anniversary (where I'm also wondering how to get through).

Hug the wall on the right or left. WALK through the room. Make sure to jump over the noticeable tiles on the floor in your path.

Don't touch the "metallic" tiles on the floor.

I just ran staying close to the wall and leaped the panel that is blocking the path.
You won't get the achievement until you complete the chamber puzzle and come back without getting hit again, tho (at least for me).

From the door entering, hug the wall to the right, walk up the wall but don't pass the first lightning 'pad' (idk what you'd call it). Wait for the lightning to go off somewhere off screen, run jump/dive. Easy. Do the same back but don't pass the pillar. It's really not hard once you get it down.

I think the roof has the clue to traverse ? At least the roof has a very weird pattern, I think it's maybe marking the safe tiles

there are no safe tiles :D just stick close to the wall and jump over the gray pad, while it's NOT being hit by lightning. that's it. no walking or swan dive needed.

ignoring the room like nothing wierd is going on and swan dive spam my way through in and out does the trick for me everytime lol. not sure why though, i bet swan dive prevents the lighting from detecting you or the animation has invulerability frames or something. maybe it just happens to be a prefect timing setup? we may never know

Do a jump and grab while moving in the room and the lightning will never touch you. It's also easier than the swan dive.
