Can't grab a key in the Cistern.
There is a key that used to be behind a metal grate. I raised the water and the grate appears open but an invisible wall is preventing me from grabbing it. The grate is open in both the original graphics and the new. I don't know what to do I think I'm forever stuck here.

Which key are we talking about, there's a bunch of keys in cistern behind grates

One of them you're supposed to grab with the water level lowered. You can also get a bit stuck on invisible walling in the opening of previously closed doors underwater where you might have to wiggle around a bit to proceed.

Had no such issues in the cistern, on either the original or the remastered.

I did notice that Lara tends to get stuck in the environment, in the remastered version, when using 'modern' controls, so I recommend using the original (tank) control scheme.

The water levels can be raised and lowered any number of times you want.
As the guy above mentioned, to grab one of the keys you need to have the water levels low, and for two of them, you need to raise them.

If you really are stuck with that invisible wall, no matter what, it may be a bug, and your best bet is to load an earlier save.

Tip: use a separate save slot for the start of each level. It helps if you want to replay a specific level, as well as if you encounter some game breaking bugs.

I would never use modern controls lol.

Anyway here it's a screenshot, I'm pressing against the invisible wall.

You need to grab that key while the area is underwater, you're encountering a sequence break by draining the water after opening the passage. Revert the water back and you should be able to grab it and trigger the second grate opening automatically.

I was unable to grab the key underwater, which is why I drained it. I was still unable to grab the key. I'm pretty sure this is a legit bug.

Refill the water again, then swim to the other side of the gate and pull the lever that located right above the grate door. This door wasn't supposed to be opened until you picked the key. It's a visual bug but the door should be closed at your current level progression.

I just restarted the level and went through just fine. Thanks for your suggestion though. :)
