Unable to locate last pickup on Sanctuary of the Scion

Help. I complete the level and it says I only have 28/29 pickups. I am very thorough about combing each room for stuff so it makes it that much more frustrating when I complete a level and am missing ♥♥♥♥. I have 25 before I put the scarab into the slot and pick up the large medi pack and magnum clips, then I fight the cowboy and he doesn't drop anything so when I pick up the scion I only have 28/29.

I'm even trying to look on the Stella guide and am using the F3 mobile camera to comb the level again and again and can't find anything. I even keep switching between modes with F1 to see if anything will stick out with 90's graphics but I can't find anything.

Did anyone else have a similar issue and have a hard time finding a singular last remaining object on Sanctuary of the Scion?

Nvm found it. Some stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ large health pack invisible because it's inside the jackal statue's ear.

No I got the Uzis. I was missing some large health kit that's literally invisible because it's in the giant jackal statue ear.
