At least you get an achievement. So you have to do it at least once if you want to get them all.

I would not mind sharing some of my 20 small medipacks or 40 large medipacks I have at the last levels.
Engage the enemies "smart" not "going at them", you waste far less medipacks that may come handy at the last levels.
It's a new thing that isn't explained anywhere in the game, the tutorial only explains tank controls scheme.
also its always best to drop backwards of a ledge while holding action so you don't fall to your death, another tip would be to use tank controls rather than modern if you want to keep your sanity.
