Oh, sorry, I wasn't talking about NG+ specifically. (I'm holding off on finishing TR1 until the "all items" achievement is fixed). With the save crystals I suppose you just have to be as strategic as possible with your saves, and pray to RNGesus for the rest. Conserve as many health kits as possible for when the going gets tough later on.
Anyways, sorry for the confusion. I'll leave it to others to offer more meaningful advice.
So it's an efficient way to get the "no medpack" achievement, is what you're saying?
Sounds great. Can't wait. *shudder*
nah, but some people here have cleared NG+ within 5 hours and/or using pistols only. that's pretty hardcore.
Let's see Barkhang Monastery.
(besides, video is not NG+)
i 100% agree on TR1 NG+ needing some sort of tuning. atlantis is unbalanced af. they need to either nerf some enemies, add more crystals in atlantis or give us some medpacks (3-5) at the start of the game. or give us a small medpack for collecting all secrets in a level. just anything.
whoever thinks it's a simple matter of "git gud" hasn't even played NG+ beyond egypt.
