The Lost Artifact was amazing!
I was never a fan of Tomb Raider III, especially the level design. However, The Lost Artifact was amazing. I played it for the first time, and in my opinion, it's the best TR expansion, the levels were really fun. :steamhappy:

I think most could agree on TR3 > TR2 > TR1 expansion levels in terms on level design and funs.

Have you got all the secrets? Some of the secret areas are incredibly good, too bad there's no cutscenes to explain the plot

I didn't find all the secrets, but I stumbled upon the Loch Ness machine secret by accident, lol. I'll make an effort to discover every secret on my second playthrough.

Completely agree, Lost Artifact has some of my favorite levels in all of classic TR!

The story is actually explained in the loading screens! Make sure to snap a screenshot though, as they pass too quickly. They give a smaller glimpse of a newspaper article in Golden Mask... but not enough to make out the story. I wish they had the story in the loading screens of Unfinished Business.

I personally think, at least for the expansions, they should have 'press any key to continue' instead of quickly loading.

There's a special one in the Chunnel that many consider to be one of the greatest TR secrets ever...

I do totally agree, it is soo much better than the Main Game.
Was surprised by it, as i did expect something cheap.

Best of the best in all the Tomb Raider Series

I was never a fan of tomb raider 3. But the Lost Artifact was such a nice surprise when I played for the first time. What a great expansion.

I've always had trouble putting into words why Tomb Raider 3 is one of my least favorites of the classics. Still like it a LOT more than either Chronicles or Angel of Darkness. Don't think I'll get much argument on that front!

I think this video kind of explains what it was about TR 3 that I didn't like as much.
Skip to 7:00 in if you don't care to watch the whole thing and want to just get to the point.

Lost Artifact felt... fair... and beautiful.

Just started playing it.
Yeah first level look good.
But i got question, are theese zombie dogs or robo doggos?
Their old model looks like dog model from Aldrych but with red eyes glow effect.
But Nessy is a robot, so maby doggos also robots?
Or if zombies, why guardsmen okay walkin with smelly dog corpses?
