Is the a pre-order bonus for pre-purchasing this game? If not, what's the point of pre-purchasing if I can't get an exclusive item for pre-ordereding?

The pre-order incentive is the 10% discount, plus an additional 10% if you already owned the original TRI-III on Steam. There's no bonus content.

Not sure if serious or jester but have a 🤡 instead, the pre-order bonus is a discount like others have said, as I owned the originals I got 20% off and it was so worth the price.

Most preorder bonuses are content already in the game they take out as random content if you on't buy at launch.

There's never a reason to pre-pirchase a game unless you know it actually works before launch. Even pre-order bonuses are a scam to just try to get you to buy something potentially broken early.

Fortunately we have review copies and early releases currently showing the game runs well. That's your incentive.

Incorrect, while preordering and everything that comes with it is generally a scummy practice, doing so can show interest in a game and its genre. Especially to publishers. I expect a wave of wizard games and a sequel were greenlit after the success of hogwarts legacy.

You know what else shows interest in games? Week one sales after people have confirmed the game isn't broken.

I have every Tomb Raider game available on steam and only had/have a 10% discount.
