Why would he 'taint' the goodwill of this remaster? Some sort of drama?

That...comes off very mean spirited. Idk why but not unexpected.
But I agree Nathan's comments are quite spikey. Though I think it could just be some level of frustration because it seems he also has plenty of the original language audio for the cutscenes, which he could have provided for the remasters if they'd given him the chance. Instead it seems there are only subtitles for languages that could have had audio too.
however, i'd buy the soundtrack on steam ... maybe
the soundtrack back then was CD quality
the medium had audio and program data on it
of course the digital version has mp3 but
a more advanced codec would be great
With that said, I'm wondering if this is the direction they would be going for if they had contacted Nathan. Maybe not 1:1 but a much added glow up like the one from the suite
