Missing Tokens from new update.

With the new Season and newest patch the "X" Tokens were added as currency. However, when this was added it did not give me the tokens for the missions I had already completed. I can still earn the tokens from the missions I haven't done, but I did the math and I am missing 110 of them. And making a new save doesn't let me redo the missions just to get the tokens because they are already checked off. Is there a way to get these tokens or am I just out that many. I imagine there will be many more things to spend them on and as a completionist it would be nice to have all of the tokens.

I don't know what a token is, but is it a newly added badge? I played the PS4 version, and it was definitely like that right after the update on February 27th. However, as far as I can tell from yesterday, it seemed to have been fixed. The badge for completing the exploration should already be considered as having been acquired.

Same for me, completed a bunch of missions before, which now would reward tokens, but I can't get them anymore because they are already done. I'm missing A LOT of tokens I didn't get because the missions were done before the update!
Lets hope for a patch, no fun playing anyways with all the low res rocks everywhere since the update.

It is the coin looking icon above your money with an x on it. I have been calling it tokens or coins because there is no in game name for it last I checked.

I'm missing all cosmetic currency for doing all the expeditions 5 per with over 100 expeditions. Means I should have 500+ not zero. Except for the newest dlc.

I have the same problem as the author, after updating the "Tokens" - 0, and more than half of all additional missions were completed ...
I checked before writing the post the number of "Tokens" = 5, this is a specially completed mission in which I did not complete 1 additional task

However, when I recounted after seeing this thread around March 1st, it seemed to be correct, but I may have counted incorrectly. It depends on how you calculate the missing 110, but does that mean that the bonuses you already cleared before the update are not included?

Judging from this, you are misunderstanding something. In the latest update, you can now go to a stage you have already completed once more, but you can only get one badge (token here) per expedition (stage). You cannot get five badges even if you repeat the same expedition five times.

You can try again the second time to get the bonus tokens you were unable to get the first time you finished the stage, but you cannot get the ones you already got the first time even if you finish the second expedition. This is not a bug, but rather a feature of the game. Otherwise, you could get infinite tokens by repeating simple stages, and easily collect thousands of tokens in Little Colorado alone.

There's a bug with Tokens not being awarded for not completing the expedition (any stage) (when for example you abort the stage), the problem is that the game thinks that exiting the game during the expedition = completing it, and it completely removes your ability to get the reward on your 2nd playthrough (even if you didn't get the reward during the first aborted playthrough).

What is worse is that deleting the whole progress and making a new clear save file won't help with the issue, because the bonus rewards would still count as obtained previously, even if it never happened!

And I don't need to count my tokens to notice the bug, because I only played the very first stage that gives 5 tokens only, and I had to abort it during my first playthrough (because of the softlock bug related to UI and mouse control). And now the game says I cannot get 5 tokens again from the same stage, but at the same time the game says I have 0 Token balance...

So, before the update I had completed 22 of the main missions. When the update was released, I loaded up the game and the 5 badges/tokens that you now get for just completing those 22 missions which would be 110 of them total were not added to my balance. I can go back to those missions to do the new objectives and get the tokens for the other goals. I am currently at 80 from doing a few of those and an 23rd mission. But even yesterday I checked and the original 110 were not added. If they had been, I would now be at 190. I have not purchased any of the new cosmetics that use these either, mainly because I don't have enough, but also because I don't want to change the count until this is fixed.

Apparently we made a mistake in counting, and the tokens from before the update were not included. However, this means that players who have been playing since the release will be fooled. I don't understand why they did this. To be honest, I don't think we needed tokens if it was going to be like this.

I had completed 100% of the game before White Dawn dropped - and I'm missing about 510 tokens or something. Won't touch the game till they fix stuff

I played for the first time since the new update today and while I've completed a number of bonus objectives I have zero tokens.
