Crossplay with Xbox Players?

My buddy told me to grab this game, would rather play on PC than Xbox though. Is this game crossplay with Xbox players? What about if I play on PC Game Pass?

You can crossplay with people on Xbox, Steam and Epic, make sure the option is toggled in coop and it gives you a code to join on
