CD Key activation

Hey Steam why is it that the games that should have access now dont when the game was added to library via CD Key? is this issues being looked into?

Purchased directly from Focus website and activated the key so I don't think it's just a 3rd party issue but idk just get a generic response from focus when I emailed them

Focus are aware of the issue with the pre-order access not activating on Steam, however do not expect any change until tomorrow. It has been mentioned in the Snowrunner Discord, but it looks like all the Focus Entertainment folks have gone for the day.
The issue is on the Steam side (possibly the keys provided to non-Steam vendors pointing to the wrong Steam Depot so not registering the early access to the game)

Bought it on steam like a lot of users i saw on the forum and we cant get acess.

Uk here bought from CDkeys did not work last night ,just got up and steam loads with start up and it still did not give a install button but restarted steam and it now is working !!

You need to close Steam, no Alt F4, bur really close it
And re-open Steam on admin mode
It will bee available
