Once subscribed in the mod browser, you have to enable them( in the mod browser) then you can buy and use them in game

1. go to mod browser
2. subscribe to mod/s you want to use
3. wait until it says ALL MODS HAVE BEEN DOWNLOADED
4. find the mod/mods you downloaded (you can use filter to filter by subscribed only)
5. enable the mod/s you want to use (subscribing / downloading does NOT enable them)

there's also option "enable all mods", you can use that to make sure everything is enabled.
i've had issues that mods disable after restarting the game, maybe cuz they updated the mod or something, so make sure your mods are enabled.

7. go into your garage > truck store and buy the mods you enabled.

I missed the enable part, i assumed subing to them would make them active. thank you sir!
