Fingers crossed that the devs patch this quickly.
Not sure what you read but the way you get 2 or more vehicles on a different map is by winching one vehicle with another before you interact with the gateway. If you're not seeing the prompt then change your keybinds so interact with zone is separate from winch and make sure the "Turn on Engine of Winched Truck" isn't the active command for the new keybind.
That is a good workaround to know about, but it seems like a weird way to have to do it, and still limits to a maximum of two trucks on the second map. The system just seems a little half-baked at the moment.
I agree it's half-baked but it doesn't mean the limit is two on the second map as you can just disconnect your winch and head back through to retrieve any other trucks that may be on the original map. So effectively you tow them across one by one.
Figured it was just snowrunnee but when I winch a vehicle to the gateway then cut the vehicle off and enter the gateway only the one I'm driving transfers even when both vehicles are in the box. Go back through the gateway and the other vehicle is just sitting there but can't get any to winch through
You have to be winched to the second vehicle when you go through. Move them both out of the box, winch one with the other and then go through. Don't disconnect them.
