Some quick feedback
Between Steam and EGS I've got over 400 hours in Snowrunner (yes, I bought it twice) and I'm still actively playing it. I was really looking forward to this Mudrunner game, especially since it seemed to offer something new to the gameplay.

Just based on what I've played in the Colorado map, this game has launched in much rougher shape than Snowrunner.

1. You couldn't be bothered to right a few new loading screen comments? They're just recycled from Snowrunner.

2. A lot of the assets and code seem to be recycled from Snowrunner but somehow made worse. Prime example: when you're using low gear and diff lock and need to reverse. Shifting into reverse disables diff lock because you have to shift through automatic. That didn't happen in Snowrunner and seems like an easy problem to fix, don't check for diff lock being disabled until the player finishes shifting and releases the button.

3. The first campaign has many problems that many other people have mentioned so I won't go over them here, but since it basically serves as an extended tutorial, soft locks and miscues should not exist in the first real content the player interacts with. That should have been polished and thoroughly tested in-house before release. Makes for a really bad new player experience.

4. Why are discovered fords and climbs marked with a question mark? I discovered, them I know what they are and if I mouse over them they say "ford" or "climb". Except for the one climb closest to the main base, that one is marked with a truck with an arrow over it, but it looks grayed out. Huh? Edit: Played some more and got credit for discovering the fords I had already discovered again.

5, The main HQ claims to be a deployment area, but whenever I start a new expedition, the only deployment choice I have is the Eastern Outpost which is often across the map from where I want to go.

6. Why can't I deploy directly from the garage? Similarly why can't I enter the garage simply by driving up to it and hitting a button like in Snowrunner? Why do I have to pick a free roam expedition just to get out of the garage and poke around the map?

7. Why does recovery simply drop you off outside the garage? If I'm on a free roam I have to actually go to the escape menu and select "Back to Headquarters" to enter the building I'm parked in front of.

8. I may have missed it, but I couldn't find a a codex entry for the metal detector. The message about what the different colors mean went by too fast in the expedition and now I can't find any information about it. (Edit: NVM found the codex entry).

9. Went on a free roam with the metal detector equipped and every time I used it and then stowed it, my entire UI disappeared until I pressed a bumper button.

10. I found the stranded Step 310 with a scout before I took the rescue expedition, but I couldn't interact with it in any way. Are we no longer granting rescue missions for stranded vehicles at the vehicle itself? Seems like this should have been a side mission. In Snowrunner it would have been simple. I find the truck, I get the mission, I go back to the garage with the scout and get a larger vehicle, exit the garage, and job's done. Here I had to end my free roam and find the menu with the HQ option, take a new expedition, go through the outfitting screens for said expedition (which basically amounted to me selecting the Step 310 in the garage), then exiting the garage menu back to the expedition screen and selecting "Deploy."

Anyway I hope you can get this sorted, because it seems like there are some good ideas here, held back by bugs and clunky UI.

I truly dislike the UI / Menu system in this game. It is horrible designed and stupid many step to do ONE simple thing.
No deploy from garage as in ALL the previous games.
No recovery too garage as in ALL the previous games.
No 'enter garage' (HQ) when parked AT Garage. You got it, like in ALL the previous previous games.

The game cant even do the decency of telling you the real difference of choosing "return to HQ" or "return to main menu" and what impact it have on your progression.
(yeah that ? on Discovered climbs, fords etc is stupid)
