How do I get a refund if I never launched the game
bought it but never launched it

if i never played it then i can get a refund right?

aware me on how to do this

Don't bother getting a refund because you're just going to buy it again when it starts working. You knew what you were getting into when you bought a massive online first person shooter on day one, not to mention during early access.
