How to use Backpack?

I found alot of backpacks but i only can drop them what i have to do to put things into it?

you can use only 1 backpack in a time, just keep backpack the same place where your other items - food, for example, so you will have more free slots because of it

What Size/Color is the backpack you found?

First i got a white bag(medium) doesnt gave me more slots, then i found sometimes green bags(small), sometimes they gave me more slots and sometimes not

If you have a backpakc in your inventory you can not put stuff in it, the only stuff you can put stuff in is the slots in your inventory, i also suggest selling the backpacks for abit of cash

Same Problem with me everytime I place a backpack into my inventory I conitune to hold the same default amount of slots; 12.

You need to drop the backpack first and then loot it again.
This only works if you loot a larger backpack than you already have.
If you have a small backpack you can loot a large and wear the large one.
If you have a military, you cant switch to a medium backpack.

I want to have this medium backpack on but it won't work... I've even tried small backpacks but no backpack has worked.

What backpack do you have equipped?
You cannot equip a medium backpack if you already have a large one

none I have the medium in my inventory

I assume that you have the small one.
Drop the medium backpack, so its on the ground infront of you.
Now loot the backpack and now you have the medium one equipped and the small backpack is now in your inventory.
