Stuck on "asking for Date of Birth" screen?

I loaded the game today and it asks me for my date of birth. But I can't pick a day or month (nor do I want to give my DOB) and can't click OK. The game is unplayable for me today!

I have the exact same issue and it is my first time at trying to play the game. Anyone know how to resolve? Otherwise Developers I need a refund as I cannot get passed this screen!

Hey folks, I just asked the support team about this one for you as it hasn't come up in a long time.

Please try using the mouse to click and drag/scroll for the day and month, but type using the keyboard for the year. If that doesn't work, sometimes other peripherals like joysticks or controllers can mess with it, so try unplugging them if you have them and trying again.

If you STILL have this issue, absolutely message support and let me know that you have so I can give them a poke for you!
