Some achievements not triggering

I have some achievements completed successfully, and on Steam they show as unlocked. However, I also have some achievements that I know I've done (even took screenshots as evidence) that do not show up as unlocked. Usually I get the notification when the game ends but for a furiating few no dice. Is there a known bug here? Here are some of the ones I'm certain I've completed (from the description) but don't show as unlocked:

• Hotspotter (2 other players building stations to use your routes)
  
• Trans continental (150 on Europe map)
  
• Well connected (3 consecutive turns of drawing at least 1 completed ticket on a win on North America map)

I've definitely hit these with winning the game, playing against AIs. Are there other hidden requirements that I'm missing? Can they not be played against AIs? Do the AIs need to be a certain difficulty level? Does Europe map mean all variations of Europe or base Europe only?

Hey goplaypiano,

There aren't any known bugs with the achievements at this time, and they should all be achievable. There are no limitations regarding AI difficulty, and for the most part, game modes used.

Hotspotter:
This achievement is a bit tricky to get, especially against AI. The routes need to be used to complete the tickets, yes, but you need to make sure they are used in the end. If the ticket ended up not being completed or the station was used for another route at the end of the game, it won't trigger the achievement.
When you try again, try taking a picture of the final state of the game, or a video of the scoring screen moment so we can investigate this further.

Trans continental:
Yes, this has to be completed on the base Europe map, and not any of the ticket pack variations. Is that how you did it? If you had a game with 150+ points in the base Europe map and still did not get the achievement, please let us know so we can look into this.

Well Connected:
There's no "drawing" requirement in this one. You just need to complete a different destination ticket every turn for 3 consecutive turns. It requires some planning, but it's quite possible. Are you also sure this is how you did it?

Hotspotter - ah, ok routes need to be used to complete tickets, that makes sense

Trans continental - I see, I was playing Europe with some of the expansions - confirmed that 150 win on base Europe triggers the achievement successfully

Well connected - Ok, makes sense drawing isn't a requirement, but is it a possibility to complete solely with drawing? The way I originally interpreted the achievement is:

You have some routes.
Turn N: draw destination tickets, turns out one ticket you already have done without needing to build extra routes. Keep it.
Turn N+1: draw destination tickets again, same thing - you get one you've already done, keep it
Turn N+2: same thing - draw destination tickets again, you get yet another one you've already done, keep it

I've got the screen recording of the above scenario on a win not triggering Well Connected on North America base map, let me know if and where to send it.

Par contre il y a d'autres succès que je pensais avoir remporté et qui ne m'ont pas été attribués. Il y a sans doute des conditions supplémentaires.

1. USA : Gagner sans le bonus de la plus longue route,

2. USA Mega : Gagner en connectant toutes les villes canadiennes,

3. USA 1910 : Gagner le bonus "Globe Trotteur" avec moins de 10 tickets,

1. USA: Win without the Longest Route bonus,

2. USA Mega: Win by connecting all Canadian cities,

3. USA 1910: Win the "Globe Trotter" bonus with fewer than 10 tickets,

Certains succès me semblent demander un éclaircissement :

1. Europe 1912 : Obtenir 5 fois le tunnel de 8 cases,

2. Scandinavie (Pays Nordiques) : Réclamer 10 fois la liaison Mourmansk - Lieska.

J'imagine que pour ces 2 succès, c'est en plusieurs parties et non pas au cours d'une seule et unique partie ?

Some achievements seem to require clarification:

1. Europe 1912: Obtain the 8-tile tunnel 5 times,

2. Scandinavia (Nordic Countries): Claim the Murmansk-Lieska connection 10 times.

I imagine that these two achievements are completed in multiple games and not in a single game?

The USA based ones you mentioned all sound straight forward, so if you're clearly achieving them and have screenshots to show it then yes please do send them to our support team so they can investigate to see what the issue may be. You can do that at [e-mail].

Those achievements you mentioned would be over multiple games yes :)
