Game Freezes after final round

Just played the game on the standard North America map and it is freezing after the game ends before any ticket points are given or longest line. I only have the North America map and this has only happened for me today and wasn't a problem last time I played a few days ago so must be a recent error.

EDIT: I saw on that others have had this problem and had uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it fixed the issue. It also fixed the issue for me but clearly it needs looked at as it appears to be a problem for many

I just had the same thing happen. Lowest trains remaining was 3. I thought the tickets were out and the drawing pile was out, so the game might have got stuck?

I have this on three different devices, two PCs via shared family Steam and the Android version on Chromebook, same thing happens in like 50% of games. Big issue.

Same here. After final round game freezes when trying to determine longest route. I have been closing the game and restarting. This sometimes resolves the issue, but this last time it froze and won't continue after restarting. Maybe a glitch since I did complete 12 tickets in a USA Mega map game against 4 hard level AI. Shows that I have a total of 175 points, but the game ending sequence is frozen and I don't know if I should just delete this game entirely from my local games or not.

I have the same issue. I have 2 games stuck at the end and no way of removing them from my board. Been playing this for a while now but only recently started happening.

My wife and I just purchased a couple of copies of this game so we could play together. We have a couple of matches that are stuck on the results as well. When the match ends, it freezes when it's counting the longest train in both of our matches that are stuck. I've tried reinstalling the game as mentioned in this thread but that didn't change anything for me. This has happened with some of our other matches as well but sometimes continuing the match will randomly allow it to work and finish the match.

We've enjoyed the game a lot so far but it would be nice to be able to make it through the results of our matches. This has happened to a majority of the matches that we've played together.

Hi all, our family's "Online with Friends" games are now regularly freezing at the end of the game, so no count up, no longest route determination, etc. No way to get it going so just having to cancel the game. With our unlimited time games, we are able to go back in to the game, and either kill any rogue games that somehow have appeared, or start and cancel a Single Player game, and then go back to the original game, and it hopefully will complete. Not always though! THIS IS HAPPENING ALMOST ALL THE TIME NOW. Glad to hear there is a fix on the way!

+1 same issue here. Game freezing after it concludes. No final count and always have to force close it and restart.

yes so annoying, needs to be fixed . Its been happening on and off for weeks now. It getting worse. Waste of time playing with no winners and no scores added.

We've deployed some changes on the server side that should reduce the freezing rates quite a bit from what we've tested.

We'd love some confirmation though!

Still freezing for me at the end of the game. Doing this on both multiplayer and solo mode. Haven't been able to actually finish a game in like a week now.
