How do you add friends for online play?

I want to play online with a a friend. I created a bubble account, I can copy my code to the clipboard.... how can I enter a friends' code???

The "chat" tab in in-game bubble was not working, it was just a blank page. After installing the phone ap, I see that you can invite friends from that chat tab (which is working on the phone ap). I went back into the in-game bubble ap, and now all of a sudden the chat tab works and I see the button to invite friends.

IDKWTF is going on with this janky game. We played hundreds of rounds on the old game, and are willing to (though not happy about it) buy it all over again, but if we're paying $40 for all the same stuff we bought years ago, at least it should work!

When you click on the chat tab, you have the "Add Friend" button, where you enter your friend's code. However, I'm sorry to hear that the tab was blank for you initially; that should not happen.

You mentioned it wasn't blank anymore afterwards, so, can you add friends and chat through there normally now?

If the tab is fine now, it might've been a case of a glitch in Bubble, which shouldn't happen again, but do let us know if it does.

The chat tab is just a snipping "wheel" for me. No option to add friends.

I logged in via E-Mail on Windows. Chat shows just spinning wheel. This is annoying.

No tab chat at all for us. Have not played in a while, and now this is even MORE annoying. Wish we could all just play the old version.

We finally got it working, but it took us almost an hour (of frustration). Total BS. I can't believe in the year 2024 you can make just inviting a friend to play a game so complicated and frustrating. To make things even worse, it's not like people who play TtR are going to be computer savvy enough to figure this out on their own.

Davi, communicating what my 2 friends experienced trying to get this to work (who are not computer savy): First have the DANG icon they need to use in the starting menu screen; and easily identifiable. You guys have it layered down behind screens and menus, and how in the heck do they know to click on what they called "a bunch of bubbles" to get it to work?

Second, do you really need to make the friend code look like some long complicated secret text from American Treasure code?

It's like you had Sheldon designed the UI interface. It needs to be simple; obvious and intuitive, not like some kind of IQ test.
