Scoring and Map review post-game
Just some feedback to the devs from a long-time board gamer and player of Classic.

Firstly, I like a lot of the interface and the game runs very nicely. I especially like the range of locomotives and carriages available - it's a great way to customise the game that many of us have bought into IRL, so it's nice to see here. I'm less a fan of the prolonged animations after each route played, but if the option to turn off the zoom/tilt were added I could certainly get used to it.

However, one of the best parts of the experience of a game of TTR is the end of the game. Up until then, the players have been stewing over their tickets, unable to discuss their own part of the puzzle with the other players. But finally, during scoring and afterwards, there is this collective release where everyone can finally show and discuss what they managed to achieve and overcome, how a certain move by another player could have destroyed their perfect plans, or how close they came to victory ("I only needed one more yellow!").

None of that is possible here! The scoring animation is a blur, I have no idea what tickets anyone did or did not complete, and there is no way to view the players' tickets in the post-game map review.

Please consider adding an option for a slower and clearer scoring process, or at the very least a way to view the players' tickets in the post-game review. Otherwise, there are too many other good ways to play TTR online for me to recommend this to my family and friends at present.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Ticket to Ride!

It's great to hear that you like the wide range of customisation options! I'm happy to let you know that we're already exploring ways to skip the prolonged animations during the game, and stats and leaderboards are also on our roadmap.

In regards to the map review post-game, on the scoring screen, you can go back to the map, and if you click on each player's panel, you can see what tickets they have (or have not) completed. You can also click on a player panel during the game for some valuable information!

Is this what you were looking for? If not, let me know! We appreciate your input as we work on further improving the game!

I agree with this. The "classic" scoring system was way better.
