Known Issues
Hey everyone,

I hope you're all enjoying your Ticket to Ride adventures! I wanted to jump in and address a couple of issues some of you have been encountering.

  • We're aware that a small portion of players is experiencing freezing during Online Multiplayer or Online With Friends. A delay on ticket draw may occur if one player has a slower internet connection. The game may seem stuck for 45 seconds before continuing as normal. Our initial assessment points towards potential connectivity issues, however, we're actively investigating this further to get to the bottom of it.
  • Some players seem to experience freezing if they let their reserve timer run out, especially during the first game round when players are drawing tickets.
  • We've noticed instances where players aren't able to make their moves in time, resulting in a move being taken in their place. We're looking into this as well to ensure a smooth and fair gaming experience for everyone.

Hej, I played 3 matches today (1 online and also 2 single) and I'm not able to finish any game. It always freezes before the final results. Everyone finished their last turn and before the table with results, the game completely stops. I'm able to quit the game via the X button as usual, but I can't see the results as before.

it has been occur too many times that either can't finish playing the game with my friend online or today i can't even invite her to the game anymore, she wont getting any message about it, the location is in China, is there any settings that i have to make changes to or it is just the game in general has these connecting issues. hopefully you guys fix this soon.

Hi Mářa_23! Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I'm happy to inform you that this problem has been fixed with the last update the game received, so you shouldn't experience it anymore.

Just played an offline game against AI opponents. I was forced to quit out of the game when one of the AI hoarded 57 cards. There were no cards available for anyone to draw. When it was the AI's turn since there were no more cards for the AI to hoard, the AI did nothing. Obviously a glitch in AI needing to be fixed.

After update game is not playable.
I can't submit my birthdate, and must press alt+f4 for close the game.

I've been playing online with a friend. My friend has been kicked out from the game. We both have the same internet connection because we live in the same apartment. When the friend resumed the game there was a map without cards or visible players. Just a map and nothing else. Hope you know this problem and will fix it soon. We'd like to buy all the DLC you have but it will be waste of money if we'll do it and game won't be playable. Thanks.

Hi there! I just bought the game yesterday and have only been playing in single-player mode against the AI. However, three times already it has completely frozen mid-game. Music stops, I can't even move my mouse, and my computer takes no input from the keyboard like CTRL + ALT + DELETE or CTRL + ESCAPE, so my only option is to use the power button to force my computer to shut down and restart. My computer is a brand new gaming PC that handles Baldur's Gate 3 with ease, so I know this is not an issue with specs. I hope this can be fixed because I really like this game and would love to play it more if I didn't have to worry about these freezes.

Same thing happenning to me for a couple days now. There's always someone getting kicked out of the game and then it's not possible to get in again - it's crashing with only plain map, no player information, visible. At that point it isn't possible to quit the game at all and the app has to be forcefully exited from Windows desktop.

The game is currently unplayable online. The matches freeze up each time. Before Christmas we had no issues playing online multiplayer, but now I think I have been able to complete about 2 matches in 20.

My wife and I absolutely love this game. We literally play one another from across the room. We are experiencing problems occasionally. We get kicked out in the middle of a game. Which is aggravating, but it also will not allow us to rejoin the game, all we get is a blank map.
Can you also tell me what is the difference between The Europe Expansion and the Around the world add-ons?

the game keeps kicking us off saying "issue connecting to the lobby" its not playable at all
