I also love the red sky and the absolute outstanding voice actors.
I think most of the eating scenes (Polly's Breakfast, talk about size of crime at Diner, the Sinner's Sandwich lunch) are all fantastic scenes.
Favorite death scene was Diane's. It was gruesome, over-the-top, but enjoyable.
I think my favorite boss fight was Thomas, very artistic arena, big surprise of how it works (and I think worked the best mechanically), along with the really funky Jazz music playing. Not to mention the developments happening around it with York captured and Emily fighting him.
Favorite side-quest I've done (only done about a fourth of them, mean to amend that) was the multi-quest length one where you drive between Becky's house and the trailer of Quint working out their secret wedding and getting Quint to stop transporting the red powder in his motorbike. Was a fun reference-fest to Twin Peaks as well.
Favorite nightmare sequence was Mr. Stewart's Mansion.
The climax scene between York, Emily, and Kayson was a mixture of beautiful and disturbing, yet saddening.
The ending is unforgettable.
I also must make mention of course of the scene where York finally explore's George house, meets his mother, then the scene of playing the Raincoat Killer to Amazing Grace.
I think my favourite scene was probably the climax with York, Emily, and Kayson. The way it ties together what happened to York's parents, who Zach is, who Kaysen is, York's inability to shoot Emily because of how he feels about her, and Emily's strength in uprooting the tree herself... My jaw was dropped the entire time. It was intense and definitely not what I was expecting. Also, when Emily uproots the tree, the visuals are disturbing elegant.

I thought the deaths were all pretty brilliant and memorable in their own way. The elegance of Anna on her tree, the intricacy of how Becky was strung up, the daring leap that York does to save Diane followed by her explanation of the main art piece in the foyer, and the last desperation of Carol, knowing she has been discarded, shoving the seeds down Emily's throat. It was all brilliant.
As others have said, playing as the Raincoat Killer and slaughtering other crazed civilians to Amazing Grace was incredibly memorable.
I also loved a lot of the little things. The banter when driving around in each episode, whether it's with Emily, George, or Zach, was also great. I love how Zach and York discuss movies and music from the 80's on most of their drives. The conversations had between the characters over lunch was also fantastic, and reading your fortune in the coffee was always amusing.
I will certainly be coming back and playing this game once every few years. It's just too good to not come back to.
