Another Freeze To Add Early In The Game

Not sure if I'll find a fix or anything but I'm having a big freeze right at chapter 3 episode 1, the hospital scene. I finish what I assume is a "boss fight" with 3 armed zombies and it goes into a cut scene soon after. Right as the cut scene starts the game freezes and I have to close out the process manually.

I do have the DP fix installed to no avail. If anyone knows how to fix this issue, I'd love to hear it. Or maybe a save that takes place right after. Thank you all in advance.

Here's one that I think is from around the start of Chapter 4. Remember to rename it to dp.sav.

Reboot your pc.. I had this crash at the exact same place as well and after a simple reboot of windows i was able to progress again.
Alot of people have had the same experience with rebooting fixing these crashes.
The best way to play this game is to always reboot before playing.
Is the same thing with the low fps issues.. If you get low fps or stuttering a reboot will usually fix that as well.
