How to play the DLC(OST) of Deadly Premonition on Steam?

I just randomly opened DP's OST page after playing another game. While I don't know how to open that page again. Having tried many methods and searching for results, I didn't get a solution yet. Could somebody please help me and tell me how to open the OST page on Steam? Thank you very much!

It gets installed to a folder inside your DP install folder. You can just open that and play with any music player.

Well, I've known that method before, but after I opened the OST in Steam I've been seeking for a way to make the playing interface reemerge.🤔
