He says too Attack of the Killer Tomatoes was re-released in 1995 when he joined the FBI. Minimum age to join FBI is 23 (not sure if it was the case back then).
Now, apparently York is 33, and if he was just a kid when Jaws came out (let's say 2-3 years old), that would leave us in 2006 pretty much. If York was born in 1972/3 (which would make him about 23 when joining the FBI in 1995), then that fits into him being too young to see Jaws too.
But yeah, the 1956+50 pretty much the same deal lol.
So, for speculation, in your version of the logic, is there enough leeway to put the OG DP in 2005? From here, it looks like there is, barely.
I was concerned that 2006 would make that timeline kind of screwy, but that leeway to put York's birth year in '72 and thus bring us down to 2005... well, that would solve the problem.
