Does the emulation of this run better?
Does the Xbox 360 emulator of this game run better with regards to the crashing?

doubt it, especially when you consider the monster of a pc you need to emulate the x360 version atm.
it's far from prefect but there are mods that reduce the amount of crash you will face (and 2 known big crash you can avoid).
now it's still pretty random, i was able to play 7h in two days without crash, and now the game failed me during the final boss fight......

No, I haven't had good luck with Xbox 360 emulators at all. They still need time, give it a few more years.

But if you want to play the PC version with as little as fuss as possible, I'm a huge fan of my own guide. I made it a couple years ago, and I'm referencing it myself to make it through another playthrough. So far, so good.
